We are happy and very grateful to share that we, Silmachy (SIA “Silmachy remedies”), have received the SEB bank “Augšup” grant, awarded this year in cooperation with Ķekava Municipality to local businesses with a sustainable and socially meaningful business idea. This support comes at just the right time – as we continue to grow and look for ways to become more visible and more easily accessible to our customers.
The “Augšup” grant competition is organised by SEB bank in cooperation with Ķekava Municipality. More about the competition: www.seb.lv/augsup
What this recognition means to us:
At Silmachy, everything we do is based on honesty and trust – both in choosing ingredients and in our relationships with customers. That’s why every recognition like this is special to us: it confirms that the work we do – natural, environmentally friendly and zero-waste cosmetics – is needed and noticed beyond our own circles. Thank you to SEB Latvia, Ķekava Municipality and everyone who believes in local entrepreneurs.
What we will use the grant for:
We plan to invest the funding in several areas:
- Improving our website – a more convenient, faster and clearer version of silmachy.lv that will make shopping and finding information easier for our customers.
- A small renovation of our premises – improvements to our workspace to make the daily process more convenient and efficient.
- Marketing – the opportunity to tell a wider audience in Latvia and beyond about our products and values.
- Other development activities – steps that will help Silmachy grow thoughtfully and sustainably in the years to come.
This is just one step along the way, but every bit of support like this gives us the strength to keep going – creating honest, natural cosmetics we can be proud of. Thank you to SEB Latvia and Ķekava Municipality for your trust and support for local entrepreneurship! More about the “Augšup” grant competition: www.seb.lv/augsup
